My room was clean, we had a good experience with the staff, and the location is beachfront. For me, that's enough to enjoy the place. Additionally, you have access to beach loungers and gazebos where you can eat after a nice morning swim (where you can see turtles daily), excellent breakfasts, and a more than satisfying lunch menu. I don't understand the cleanliness criticisms in other reviews. I wouldn't mind going back. In front, there are shops for renting masks, fins, bicycles, GoPro, and snorkeling tours.
If someone on the street (a sand tongue between the structure and the beach) speaks loudly, you can hear it, but especially at night, it's infrequent. A nearby venue has live music, but it seems to stop at midnight. In any case, it wasn't so disturbing for me.
