“Exactly what we needed after a terrible experience at another accommodation B52”
We absolutely loved our stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were amazing. We actually had to book this place because the accommodation we had “Hotel and Villa B52” previously booked was in an unacceptable condition and we were unable to stay there. After that experience, arriving here was such a relief. The difference was incredible. This place was exactly what we expected when booking accommodation in Indonesia. Highly recommended. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

“Perfect stay on Gili Air - great service, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere. ❤️”
Everything was really great. Very nice and helpful staff, good food, perfect cleanliness, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Initially, I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I decided to extend my stay for an additional night and got a very good price. Definitely one of the places I remember very well from Gili Air.
I have nothing to complain about. Everything was as it should be.

“Expected more”
Breakfast is good but must be pre-ordered every evening. The resort is beautifully green
Hidden costs! Extra bed must be taken, even if the baby wants to sleep in the big bed. Must be paid in cash or transferred on-site. Extra bed is not usable as the mattress is completely worn out. Breakfast for children is not included even though booked with children. A small glass of milk for children at breakfast would cost extra. The play area for children is permanently dirty, worn out, and full of chicken droppings.
