Nirvana is nestled in the heart of Ubud and yet it's so quiet. I love staying in a traditional compound with a family. Just like it was in 1975. Yet when you walk out you're in the heart of Ubud. There is a great batik painting course taught there, on the premises.

The place has positive vibes and a very good host.
Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned. There were lots of big brown ants which kept coming on and off. One of the biggest problems is having Roosters next to the property which will definitely not let you sleep past 0430 hrs. Maybe people are used to it but for us it was awful. There is no AIR CON in the property.

The location was excellent.
Bedding was stained, bathroom and toilet with many ants.
