“Very awful, worst experience in Bali”

First of all, there were many staircases that are not even normal size, some of the stair steps are extremely tall, you could easily get into an accident if you are not careful. Second of all, the accessibility to the hotel is very limited, once you’ve climbed up & down many stairs to the reception. You still had to climb more stairs to get into your room, especially if you needed to go in&out of the room, like going to the restaurant & eat. It’s extremely inconvenient & dangerous at times because the staircase are so uneven & steep. On top of that, the condition of the facility is extremely poor. Linens are not clean properly. You can see stains on the sheets, feel like the bed is not clean & has bugs everywhere that make you feel itchy the whole night sleeping on it. Bathroom is poorly ventilated, there is an awful smell within the room, even though there is a automatic fragrance sprayer to balance out smell but it is unable to cover those awful smell. Furthermore, the walls of the rooms are all like paperthin. You can literally hear the conversation of the next door guests, we got woken up by their alarm six in the morning. The other thing about the area, it has a lot of wild animals including monkeys. we understand that the accommodation is built somewhere very close to the nature. However, if you are wanting to stay somewhere safe, this is definitely not a place for you. Those monkey really would get aggressive & try to steal things from you.
