The kindness and availability of the staff. The bedding is really good, there is also a water dispenser in the room. The accessibility of the pool in the second hotel belonging to them. The bathroom is really large. We had a really good stay.
There is no shower curtain so the bathroom is flooded every time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosella Cottage with Richie as the host. We were looking for a quiet place, close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle of the center. We traveled with a child and on a tight budget, so we found this rural house, with an additional bunk bed, perfect for us. It fit our limited budget and had a beautiful exterior. With Grab, we could go anywhere, and there are plenty of places nearby to eat delicious local dishes. Perfect! Definitely, the value for money is perfect.
Everything perfect, oh yes, they also have a small pool, great for our son.

We wanted a rural location, close to the city of Yogyakarta. Rossela Cottage seemed fitting and was a good choice, 15 minutes by Grab, in the heart of the city for 2 euros and lovely outside. Enjoy the rice fields on the terrace, and chili plantation, the frogs, the swallows. An a la carte breakfast in a fresh cool environment, in the evening on our terrace enjoy the lovely cool 24 c, and then the next day on the road again, Richie perfect host. He also helped with excursions, but Grab is perfect for traveling around Asia these days.
The stay was perfect, especially for that friendly price. Of course, it is not 5 stars, but we enjoy local life, and there was plenty of that around us.

Very quiet place next to the chili plants, beautiful scenery especially in the morning. Spacious room, very big bathroom. Nice breakfast. A bit far from everywhere. Nice surroundings. Staff are very nice.
Needs transport to go anywhere. There was a coffee shop/restaurant next to the front office but it was closed. The sign of the place is small.
