No welcome worthy of the name. A lady took us to the room, gave us the keys, and left without saying anything. The condition of the room is very damaged and very old. Cracks. The curtain does not hold. The faucet is poorly fixed. Nothing like the photos. We didn't even want to see the restaurant. For the price of the room, it's unacceptable. We left to the big hotel next door...

The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised.
