The setting and garden are very beautiful and calm. Outdoor pool. Spacious room
Cleaning could be improved, no towel change and no water bottles on the 1st day. But there is a water fountain at the reception. Staff attentive and available.

The bed is comfortable, spacious room (if you don't have room 18)
Lack of soundproofing (music, conversations), difficult to open bathroom door, cleanliness of the bathroom to be reviewed, especially the shower (hair)

The treatment of the staff. They left us stranded due to overbooking. We had to go out and find a hotel ourselves, and they were disrespectful.
