Green environment, house-host friendly, clean and neat for the room also smells soap bar and coffee bean scents in my room. Bird's chirps making more 'nature and homely' concept in town. The neighborhood is so quiet and calm.
It was lights out for some moment (at noon till afternoon), which is the hottest time for that day, because the AC didn't work properly. The TV cable is useless. There's no channel I could see, even though it's been using STB. Preferably bring a USB Flash drive that contains movies or any entertainment thing by yourself.

Family room is quite big and spacious, it is nice to have a shared kitchen and a nice small pond in the middle of the property. It is close to the shops and very easy to get local food around here. Wifi is good.
It is in a small alley, so it's hard to park a big car. We booked five standard rooms and one family room, the standard room is quite small. The bathroom has no sink and is very small. Hot water is inconsistent so it depends on your luck. We booked for 12 people including breakfast but they only gave us 10 packs of breakfast boxes. When we complained, they said that the family room is only entitled to one breakfast even if we booked for 12 pax in total. Not worth arguing because it is not even a nice breakfast. We just got food from around the area, just skip breakfast it's not worth it. The water dispenser had no water inside, but they refilled it on the morning we were about to check out, how inconvenient. The TV inside the family room is not working, it is very hard to find anyone to help so luckily we have our own iPads. There are dead cockroaches and ants when we checked in. The bathroom in one of the standard rooms stinks.
