The villa itself was cozy and spacious, excellent cleaning done every day, some monkeys would lean on the railing in the morning but they were not aggressive
The road to the villa is not the best, there is a fairly long descent

Numerous problems encountered during our stay and several discrepancies between the property description on Booking.com and the actual condition of the accommodation. Dirty floors throughout the property. Sand in the shower of the master bedroom. No internet access. No soap in the bathrooms, no bathrobes, no clothes dryer, and no bedside lamps, despite these amenities being advertised in the listing. Old and damaged furniture. Inaccessible drawers in the dressing room due to poor layout. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Broken trash cans. Cockroach droppings inside kitchen drawers. A garage that looks more like a dump/storage area than a usable garage. Used to store dirty laundry and trash from all residences, cleaning staff's garage. A broken bedroom door. Extremely uncomfortable sofas. No batteries in the TV remote, making the TV unusable. Loose and leaking bathroom faucets. No breakfast has been served since our arrival, although breakfast was advertised in the Booking.com listing. Although some issues, such as the internet connection and broken bedroom door, were eventually resolved after being reported, this does not change the fact that the property was not delivered as advertised and these problems had a significant impact on our stay from the moment we arrived. The combination of cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, missing amenities, and inaccurate information in the listings is well below the standard applied at the time of booking. Refund requested from the establishment via Booking but was refused. No action from Booking, which hosts an establishment that cheats customers!
