Very good location, rooftop and common areas very pleasant
This hotel reserves the right to keep your passport, or a deposit of 500,000 as a guarantee, in case of damage to items, etc. Besides being scandalous, when you discover the hotel, it's incomprehensible. Everything is very dirty, the toilets, showers are in a catastrophic state and a good number of equipment is broken (shower hoses, many toilets and showers without locks, all soap dispensers broken, hair dryers not working). It should be noted that this is mostly a hotel where people live year-round, not a hotel for tourists

The location is excellent, with easy access to many places in Kuta. The beds were good and the lockers were appreciated. The staff is kind and helpful, making it an overall good place to stay
The room's AC had a slight leak and most showers/toilets were missing locking mechanisms
