The only positive aspect of the structure is the proximity to Crystal Bay beach, which is within walking distance.
The owner was not present at the property during those days and the staff who welcomed us did not speak English, making communication difficult. We had arranged with the property for a scooter to be ready upon our arrival to move around the island because there is no Grab there, but upon our arrival, there was no scooter, and the guy did not know what we were talking about. Fortunately, we managed to find a scooter on our own. The hot water in the shower was not working, so we had to shower with cold water. The property does not have a restaurant service, considering that it is located in an area with only residences; luckily, a little further down the road, we found a restaurant (the only one on the street). The biggest disappointment was when we went for breakfast... the guy arrived and handed us the breakfast menu with many choices, but after deciding what to eat, he started listing all the items he couldn't prepare, and the only thing he could offer us was eggs... so we went to have breakfast outside at a bar.
