“We liked the apartment and the location but there were issues.”
The apartment was well laid out. Good kitchen space, the whole space was more than adequate. The property was fairly quiet and was in a great location. Good restaurants were close by. It was a short walk to the main Seminyak shopping street and a doable walk to the beach. The washing machine was great.
The air conditioner barely worked. We asked for the aircon to be looked at and were promised that it would. This never happened. The room temperature was just tolerable. There was a water dispenser in the apartment which provides hot and cold water. I tested this out by filling a glass. The water came out full of filter particles. I suspect the filter is so old that it has disintegrated. I did not report this as we did not get any follow through with the air con issue.
