Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was built a few years ago and since then there has been no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like a construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Photos have been taken at the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.

The people at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. However, the building, as well as the rooms, are very rundown. Half-removed cobwebs hang everywhere, the bathroom smells like a drain, and the bathroom door wouldn't close, so the smell was pervasive, albeit more subtle in the room or when passing by the door. The hotel is somewhat remote, the driveway is an unpaved and very bumpy road. All in all, not a good impression, aside from the friendly staff.

I'm not sure how to write a review of the property. Basic might do or even primitive. The bed made strange noises, but it was huge and very comfortable. The shower and toilet were old with peculiar plumbing, but everything worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and a bit muddy after rain, none of which harmed anybody. The staff were brilliant. I was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back in a heartbeat.
