The room at first glance also seemed nice if it weren't for the unchanged sheets and cockroaches coming out from under the beds. The staff changed the sheets as soon as requested but not the duvet cover, which was visibly dirty. The sheets had not been changed. Buffet breakfast mainly Indonesian/Asian, not intercontinental.

Staff friendly
The hotel room was very dirty when we arrived. The floors were filthy, and the bed sheets were dirty as well. We asked for the room to be cleaned again, and after we complained, they did clean it. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were very disappointing
