Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there were still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of 'service' that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!

It's a very cost-effective hotel. If you just want to sleep at a cheap price, it's perfect. Not recommended if you need other facilities. Seems suitable for living cheaply for a month

Location was great, right in the middle of the commercial district of Mataram. There were only smoking rooms in the hotel and you could really smell that. Otherwise, the room was ok, good shower with hot water, and the TV had HBO. No wifi in the room, only in the hotel lobby. In the facilities, the sink was leaking and you know when a lot of places in Asia say you cannot throw paper in the toilet and really it's ok, well in this place you really shouldn't do that.
