Nothing because we paid and left
The hygiene in the accommodation was simply bad. There was mold on the walls and a strong, musty, and unpleasant smell in the room. In addition, there were several stains on the bed sheets. We asked multiple times for the sheets to be replaced. This was eventually done, but even the new sheets were dirty again and had stains. The situation was so unhygienic and unpleasant for us that we ultimately decided to leave immediately. We did not spend a single night in the accommodation. This was absolutely not what we expected, and we found the condition and hygiene of the accommodation completely unacceptable. We are very disappointed with our stay.
