The tranquility of the surroundings is not standard in the center of Ubud, but it is created here. The staff was extremely friendly and even an extension of our stay was well arranged.
The location is not accessible by car. You will have to walk about 300 meters with your luggage on a moderately maintained road. On the other hand, it is easily accessible by motorbike, which we did.

The location is great. Away from the city's hustle and bustle but close enough for a five-minute ride. Close to a couple of eateries and a day spa. Breakfast is served daily and is nice, although often cold. The villa is spacious and well-equipped.
The villa could be a bit cleaner. Stains on the mosquito netting and the bathroom blinds were really dirty and slightly moldy. Breakfast served only after 8 am (unless you ask Wendy as she was super helpful), which is an issue if you are being picked up for a tour.
