It's hard to say what we liked about this property. I would say the location, in the center of Uluwatu and a 10-minute walk to Thomas Beach. The staff was helpful and understanding with an issue we had in our room.
On our first night, when entering the room, we saw a big rat climbing through the wall. As much as we understand, Bali is full of insects and other kinds of animals, a rat is something we wouldn't tolerate. We ran to reception, and the guy at reception gave us the option to move to a standard room (we booked a deluxe bungalow), we accepted immediately even if we had to move our stuff in the middle of the night. The following day the manager (sorry I forgot the name) refunded us the difference for downgrading our room. He understood our situation and dealt with it in a polite, professional, and calm way. Breakfast was poor.

Good location.
Limited breakfast and often not enough space to sit down at a table and had to wait.
