Very relaxing, beautiful room & pool, fantastic food, great staff.
No shops close by but there was a free shuttle to transfer in and out of Sanur.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alantara Sanur. Everything was very nice and well-maintained. The breakfast was particularly delicious - the Cooking Station with freshly prepared eggs was great, and the coffee tasted very good too. The service was truly excellent. All staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel very welcome at all times. Our room was clean and cozy, and the surroundings as well as the balcony were very nice. We also really liked the spa area, which was wonderful for relaxation. Overall, a great hotel with outstanding service and a very pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend The Alantara Sanur!
If one wants to find a small point of criticism: Our room was directly above the restaurant. As a result, our view unfortunately was the restaurant's canopy, and it was a bit noisy there.

“Great stay”
We had a wonderful experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel very special. The gardens are beautiful and meticulously maintained, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We also absolutely loved the pool setting; it is a gorgeous area, and the floating cushions in the pool were a fantastic touch for relaxing. To top it all off, the food was delicious. We highly recommend this place!
Overall we enjoyed our time here, and when we had a small cleanliness issue, it was fixed very quickly. That being said, some of the facilities could use a bit of maintenance. The gym feels a little outdated because the materials are getting old, the yoga mats are falling apart, and the space could use a deep clean. The pool area could also use some care, as the towels are worn out and ready to be replaced, and some of the umbrellas have seen better days.
