Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but there's nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!

I am very satisfied. The facilities of the entire hotel were all beautifully arranged. The room I reserved was a villa with a private pool, a living room, and a kitchen. It was very clean, spacious, and impressive. The breakfast was very stylish and delicious. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all very kind. I also had a 2-hour massage, which was also excellent.

Magnificent hotel, very calm and very beautiful, extremely well maintained and very warm staff. We stayed twice and were always very well received. The pool is superb and the surroundings incredible, populated with tortoises and birds. Watch out for mosquitoes but the rest is great.
