The location was very convenient and close to most of the places we wanted to visit.
Even though our room was on Level 9 and located at the far end, we could still hear the noise from the trains quite clearly.

Good location, helpful friendly staff especially crossing the busy road!
The room wasn’t clean unfortunately, stained sheets, worn out towels, stained mirror etc. We didn’t stay and moved to another hotel

The hotel is close to Tugu Station and easy to go anywhere from the prime Malioboro hotel
If possible, improve the breakfast menu, if possible, provide a Western menu option for breakfast so that foreign tourists can also have breakfast

Strategic location, nice building, very good staff
The pillows and pillowcases in the room smell very bad, they have been replaced by staff and when replaced still smell :( the same goes for towels, old thin and very smelly :( breakfast is not always filled. Please improve the quality because the building and location of the hotel are very good.
