The receptionist on arrival was excellent and I asked her to narrate the room before completing the reservation and she was cooperative. Thanks to the reception and the room cleaning staff.
One elevator was not working. The wait was long and the second elevator was out of order.

“I was relaxing as I have a lot of work to do and prefer to stay in my room all day.”
The location was great. Easy access to the mall and food. The staff was really warm and helpful. Uwais checked me in and there's another lady who helped me during my room card extensions and check out (I forgot her name) maybe Mierah :) The staff in breakfast were also polite. As I opted to stay in my room during the trip to do my work, I requested more teas from the Housekeeping guy, he was very polite and checked if I needed my room to be turned down. Thank you all.
The bath towel is stained. I'm usually not picky, however, the stain was obvious. I saw blood/chocolate stains on my duvet too. The breakfast - the juices were sweet, better to lessen the sugar or add a bit of ice. I can see fingerprints all over inside the lifts. I like the concept of mirrors around, but it could be better if staff were assigned to sanitize and clean the lifts.
