good location to pier for morning trip to maruka
absolute shithole aircon didn't work. had to use service elevator not personal elevators. they shut down at 8pm. absolutely dirty. no towels water didn't work in sink. TV falling off wall and light switch shorting out palm prints on the mirrors luckily being on 30th floor kept bugs out.

We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the condominium apartment then he brought us to a room in another tower. We felt scammed immediately. we were dismayed to find that the “executive family room” was not part of a proper hotel but rather a poorly maintained unit in what appeared to be a residential apartment or condominium building. The condition of the room was deplorable and far from the clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations advertised. Below, I outline the numerous issues we encountered: 1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Conditions: The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The walls were covered in stains, peeling paint, mold, and cobwebs, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The entire space had a pervasive, unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet basin is choked and hair everywhere. It's a great space for a trip to Jakarta. Using Baywalk Mall and the swimming pool is the best choice.
