All the staff are beautiful and always happy to help Property feels like it’s dilapidated since covid Smells of mould Clean pool but pool area and pool furniture needs a pressure wash Staff cleaning the property regularly Rooms smell mouldy Stained linen - pillows and towels Stained shower area - not hot water for shower and shower head not working The great staff and management made up for any shortfalls

Need to update the photos no doors on toilet and shower very small no privacy. Normally like to sit by pool to read and swim for awhile no way we were going to do that. booked for 2 nights only stayed 1 left in the morning and stayed somewhere better.

Anshel hotel is great for staying at Bali, especially if this is your 1st time like me. The staff are all very friendly and this hotel is a quick stroll to restaurants and cafes thanks.
