“Bad experience in Ubud”
Unacceptable, it's a big joke, run away quickly. The bathrooms are disgusting, all black, the sheets are stained, the towels are torn. We changed rooms because the tiles in the first one were broken and replaced with plastic, so it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. The rooms are never cleaned throughout your stay. When we arrived at the hotel, nothing was prepared and they were not expecting us. The photos of the pool you see are from the neighbor's pool. We wanted to go there, but when we arrived, as it is not connected to the hotel, we found a lady getting ready in her bathroom because we were in her garden. The only competent and very kind person is the grandma of the house. The only gesture I received from Hotel.com was a 20€ compensation when I had asked to be relocated elsewhere.

Mama was very nice. She is a lovely person and wouldn't let me eat alone. It was nice to have company. Only if there was someone to talk with, she would resume her work. Very nice lady!

Simple but effective guest house, especially considering the price with breakfast included. The pool is a real haven of peace. Mama, no problems, only solutions. A personality to discover.
