Consistently highlighted as a major positive: 'Lage echt Top', 'emplacement', and 'Perfect location - right next door to Mama pizzaaa!'.
Mixed: comfy beds and effective mosquito nets praised, but issues reported with aged rooms, doors that won't close, poor water pressure and ineffective air conditioning.
Mixed amenities: positive notes for outdoor bathroom and mosquito net (few bugs), but problems with water pressure and weak air conditioning; breakfast minimalistic (affects F&B more).
Described as 'Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung' — generally considered acceptable value given the strong location.
Breakfast described as very minimalistic; no strong positives for hotel F&B in the reviews.
Mixed overall: strong location and friendly staff weighed against dated facilities, room/amenity issues and noise; some guests would book again mainly for location.

The location is great, as it is right on the beach. Within 50 meters of the accommodation, there are restaurants and massage salons. The pool is also very pleasant.
Perhaps the cleanliness of the bathroom, it could be better maintained. But it was all okay.

Not much except for the location and the kindness of the staff.
What to say, the aging of the establishment, and the room, everything needs to be redone. Do not rely on the photos, they show you the bungalows, but in high season, they put you in a building at the back of a deserted park. Everything needs to be reviewed. The poor kids who work without means are very kind nonetheless.
