“I booked for two nights, but checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel.”
The booking photos seem outdated, the facilities don’t look like that. The hotel is neglected and very depressing. The rooms are very small and don’t have basic things like soap or a hairdryer. The toilet flush was broken and the water leaked. The shower was dirty and the water pressure low. The aircon is there but even on the most powerful mode, it didn’t cool down the room. Their staff doesn’t speak English. Also, there is only one key card per room, no matter how many people are staying in the room, and the staff can’t provide additional cards. But the most shocking was the cleanliness, our bedsheets were so old that white turned grey and were covered with spots. The same with towels. It took the staff a while to replace the sheets because they had to find some looking better.
