Very nice and quiet resort, with fair prices in the restaurant and good food. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, in the evening insect repellent was sprayed and the mosquito net was spread out. However, we never found insects disturbing.
The shower had hardly any hot water and if so, either very hot or cold. But we were able to manage with it.

The room itself was very spacious and well presented, with everything you could hope for. The location was amazing, overlooking the bay area with a pool and close to attractions, only 15 mins from Mushroom Bay walking.
The hot water would be the only downside as it only lasted a few short minutes before turning cold. If you have a guest, someone will be taking a cold shower. The TV was also not working, but that is minor as you spend most of the time outdoors anyway.

At the top of a hill, you can walk there if you are dropped off at Monkey Beach, otherwise take a taxi. Rough dirt road to access. Very kind and helpful staff. Large bungalow with hot shower but the whole place needs renovation (do not look at the details). Very nice pool with a beautiful view and lovely garden. Sunset at 4 minutes walk and you are on the cliff with a West view. Good breakfast to start the day and there is a warung by the beach path where you can eat very well in 5 minutes.
