Staff gave us free room upgrade.
Pool on rooftop not accessible. There was NO alcohol or cocktails available. The hotel maintenance is not great.

Location wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was average
Nothing was clean in the resort. Everything was so dirty and stinky. I felt like I was staying in a 1-star resort. Everything was broken, taps in the bathroom were rusty, aircon wasn't working, sliding door for the balcony doesn’t lock and dirty and ripped towels. There is so much more; overall, it was a terrible experience, and I could not believe I paid so much to stay there for 2 nights.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly but had very limited English.
Location was far from everything, so I spent a lot of money on a driver/transport. Was meant to have an airport transfer but no one answered my communication when I called and emailed, and no one turned up upon our arrival. It was very run down and tired looking, holes in the towels, stains on the sheets and not clean. Not one piece of utensil or crockery in the rooms. Fridge was not cold. Dead mouse in the swimming pool.
