The staff is very attentive and pleasant! The place is amazing!! The breakfasts are plentiful and very good 😋
Apart from the construction work next door that starts quite early, but that's just a matter of timing 😉

The location was super close to GWK park, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the water pressure was high. The air conditioning worked really well too. The breakfast was good, and the staff was really friendly.
Our door was hard to close, but it was manageable. It didn't bother us

Very dated and run down. Breakfast was okay. Two options: Indonesian set menu or English set menu. No alternative options available. No cold water for purchase. There is a convenience store nearby which was helpful.
The gardens and general maintenance of the property have deteriorated. Many of the villas have tarps over the roof due to leaks.

Very good bedding, great view
The hotel is aging, poorly maintained, which is a shame because the setting is splendid
