Overall, the view and location are pleasant. The infinity pool is very nice and the service is of quality. However, in terms of hygiene, the bathroom leaves much to be desired as hot water problems have been observed. Practical if you are not too picky, and for a short stay.

The only thing we love about this place is the swimming pool with a sea view. We stayed for three nights. No staff cleaned our room or picked up the garbage the whole time we were there. The facilities are terrible. The bed was unusable and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

I booked a suite room in this hotel 2 days before my business trip to Lovina Bali. Sadly, upon arrival, the room was sold to another guest without any confirmation. The staff handled the situation extremely poorly, offering no solution or apology, just silence. They suggested I stay in a standard room, which I found to be shabby and in bad condition. I have never encountered such poor service before and strongly do not recommend booking this hotel.

The staff is super nice and helpful, but the hotel is secluded, located in the middle of a highway, making it very noisy. The rooms and furnishings are very worn out and rundown.
