Hospitality, cleanliness, ambience, prompt response, wonderful breakfast, staff made sure we get the food we like.
They charged me twice and made double payments which was a very stressful situation, they were responding properly and made the process done after 15 days. Got the refund .

Location near busy streets 10 minutes by car from the airport, comfortable bed, lovely staff, good restaurant but a bit expensive for Bali.
No brightness in the room. Stained and yellowed sheets ...
