The location ... just a 5-min. walk to the beach and another 1 min. to the Beachwalk shopping/dining complex.
The 2 common toilets and 2 shower-rooms in the dorm-room really need some deep & proper cleaning .. especially the bottom half of the walls and doors in the shower-rooms and the piping system. They are all coated with soap and shampoo stains which must have accumulated over a period. I mentioned this to the plump receptionist but she did not show any urgency to take action .. only tried to tell me off saying cleaning is done everyday. One can easily see that the stains are not one-day or even one/two weeks' old. Used plastic bags, empty shampoo packets, etc. have not been removed from the 2 small alcoves. Shampoo bottles are dirty. Guest's leftover clothing materials are still stuck on the wall-hook. The condition remained the same for the 3 days I stayed there and I never saw cleaning done to the bathrooms. What everyday-cleaning is that receptionist talking about!!?? If Mr. Wahyudi Antara (whoever you are) does not act on this feedback, then asking guests for feedback is a useless and fake intention to improve.

The location is good and despite being surrounded by many shops and restaurants, you can rest perfectly. The bed is comfortable and they offer you a locker with a key and a towel. The common area is very spacious.
The sink is a bit limited, but staying for two or three nights is enough.
