We had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was extremely kind, polite and helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. They asked us several times to simply let them know whenever we wanted our room cleaned, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy, and we could see that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the pool and outdoor areas clean and well maintained as well. The location is very convenient, and the staff helped us with recommendations and organizing different activities around Gili Trawangan, including helping us find a scooter and giving us useful information about things to do on the island. There is also a laundry service just across the street, which is very convenient, as well as an excellent restaurant directly opposite the property. Considering the price, we think this accommodation offers very good value for money. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — everyone was friendly, respectful and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Very friendly staff. The owner always addressed me by name and organized a bike and laundry for me.
During my stay, there was only saltwater, but that was due to the water shortage.
