“Delightful hotel centrally located but no disturbance from the hustle and bustle of Ubud.”
The location was super nice. You are in the midst of it all but the hotel is situated in a way that you don't feel any of it in your room. The garden is also truly beautiful, and you can see that it is maintained with a lot of love and care.
There isn't really anything that I didn't like. The only thing that could be improved is to mention that the caulking around the bathtub could be renewed, that's the only thing that didn't look so fresh. But that's really all.

We stayed just one night on our way back from the Gili Islands before heading back to Italy. We were immediately greeted very warmly and with a smile by the staff. Clean property, with a large shower, nice outdoor space, wonderful Balinese-style pool surrounded by greenery. Excellent central location but by taking a very short uphill walk, you were kept away from the chaotic traffic of Ubud center.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. A peaceful, quiet hotel. Excellent location, within walking distance of the center. The pool area is peaceful. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, and safe. Welcome drink voucher for the nearby restaurant. Water available at the reception if desired.
Breakfast options were a bit limited. Only got one cup of coffee. The terrace door was stiff, got locked, but remained slightly open at the top. Limited hot water.

“Peaceful hotel with a lovely pool in the heart of Ubud”
Location, pool, garden, and rooms well taken care of. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel is very good.
Wi-Fi is very patchy and non-existent on some days
