The good points are that it is very close to Malioboro Mall, so the access is good, and there were no issues with wifi or air conditioning. However, due to thin walls, you can hear surrounding and outside noises, and there were some negatives in terms of facilities such as no hot water in the shower. If you seek cleanliness and comfort, it may not be highly recommended, but the staff are friendly.

Nice staff, comfy beds and a perfect location for exploring the inner city of Yogyakarta. It's well within walking distance from the train station and there's a bus station right on Malioboro street close to the motel.

We didn't like the room we got. We just left the hotel right away after we checked in. We didn't mind losing our money and getting another hotel as long as we can sleep well at night
