The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, also the hotel guy was very kind.
Poor ventilation, room without windows. Dirty bathroom with dead cockroaches at the entrance of the shower. Bad location, nothing nearby suitable for dining out, also located on a street with heavy traffic.

“Disappointing for the price”
The location is central and easily accessible. We were allowed to store our luggage at the reception after check-out.
We had booked a 'Deluxe Twin Room' with a private bathroom. At first, we were assigned a completely different room that smelled incredibly bad. I don't even want to talk about the condition of the bathroom... We tried to explain to the young man at the reception that this was not the room we booked, but he barely spoke English. When we wanted to shorten our stay from two to one night, he still demanded the full amount from us. At almost €14 per night, we were not okay with that. We were asked to wait. After a while, the manager came, talked for a long time with the receptionist, and then offered us to move to the room we actually booked (from the photos). We agreed and regretted it after a few minutes. It was somewhat cleaner here, but there was no sink either. Neither in the bathroom nor in the room. Of course, you can use the shower, but then you get completely wet. Maybe not for everyone. The complimentary breakfast consisted of white toast with various sugary fillings. We ended up buying something in the area. The shared bathrooms on our floor also had no sink and apparently were not cleaned either. At that time, we were the only foreign tourists in the house, and apparently the Indonesian guests had no issue with the conditions.

Deluxe room with a private bathroom that was dirty and unusable without even a sink, and the shower was unusable. The room smelled strongly of mustiness, and there was mothballs everywhere emitting an unpleasant odor. The room is not as new as depicted in the photos.
