“Comfortable stay and lovely staff”
The experience was very good. The staff is very friendly and was always willing to help us, especially when we had an issue with a delayed suitcase at the airport. I especially highlight the variety and quality of the breakfast, as well as the convenience of being able to have it delivered to the room. The bed was also very comfortable, which made our rest even more pleasant. I also loved the location: we were close to the center, which allowed us to easily move around different places and enjoy the city. Definitely a very pleasant stay. I would repeat!

“The best stay during the trip in Bali”
Very lovely staff, beautiful, spacious and clean room. I love how they use the flowers to decorate the room!!!
I've been living in so many hotels around the world, it's the first time that I was charged for missing room key card, but this is fine, just wanted to point out. Another thing is that I am pretty sure I left a bag of chocolate in the fridge, but when I asked the hotel, they said they didn't see it. I prefer them being honest and saying that they thought that it was something I did not need anymore so they threw it than saying they didn't see it because it's for sure it's in there. Again, I understand the reason behind it.
