“Terrible hotel”
Terrible hotel. The staff could not find our reservation, when we got a room we had to ask for towels and toilet paper, sheets were dirty. There was no cleaning in the room during the 3 days we were there, had to ask again for clean towels and toilet paper... There was plenty of staff. There was no information about the place and it was difficult to communicate with the staff, we could read in other reviews that there was a cafe with breakfast, but no one told us about it, not even when we asked. The staff was very noisy in the evening. There is no refrigerator, which would have been nice as it is hot and many tours start early and it would have been nice to have cold water. The hotel is right on the outskirts of the city, but it only takes a 10-15 minute walk to the center of the harbor, besides, it is located above a supermarket, which is okay.
