“Very good service and fantastic food. But ohm noise disturbance from renovation.”
The friendly and very caring staff and the excellent food. Beautiful surroundings too. And the very good service from the staff, Yola, to look for a solution for the noise disturbance. The noise disturbance made the attractive environment (I expected silence and nature) much less pleasant than expected at booking. But this has been resolved above expectations by offering me another, much more luxurious suite elsewhere on the property. Then I could fully enjoy. I have been traveling through Indonesia for 5 years but never experienced such a class breakfast buffet, prepared by a chef, very extensive, fresh, and incredibly well prepared. Including by Joji. Good service also by room cleaning. Room service is also fine. In short, I will gladly return here once the renovation is completed. I will then book a room on the garden side. This is quieter than on the mountain side.
