The first room was infested by ants but we got moved to another. Not that much better and quite dirty. The pool area and garden was quite nice and the best thing is the location right a few mins from Malioboro street. We had an incident where passport disappeared then was mysteriously put back after we threatened to phone the police

Room and toilet is not so good and old, but the swimming pool, staff and location are very good!! 2~3 min. to Malioboro st., another 2 min. to Mall.

His maintenance room is basic, worn bathroom, cobwebs and ants. Sheets are washed but not really clean and may have a hole due to frequent washing. The pool is well maintained.
