Walk welcome and efficient staff on desk helped with info and transportation etc. Room was big, bit dark, basic bathroom, towels a bit worn. Don’t normally moan about WIFI but unable to connect on 2nd floor, had to come down to lobby to get signal. Location is great for malls, shopping, food etc.

Reasonable hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Too bad we see the rats down from our seat and walk over the ridge. The staff does not respond to a notice about this. Brrrr instead of two nights stayed one night.

The hotel located near to the Mataram mall and close to night street food hawkers. Clean and comfortable room with cool aircond and hot water shower. It also has a led TV with local and international channels. The hotel offers free breakfast and wifi is available in the lobby area. It also has a spot coffee cafe.

You get what you pay. I expected more from this 3 stars hotel in Mataram, but this hotel is under my expectation. Room is quite spacious, a little bit dark also. For breakfast they only prepared soup, rice, fried-little-tofu, fried-fermented soybean. So they must really work on their breakfast.
