Location
Very disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness is really lacking and the breakfast is catastrophic: as soon as a product is finished, the restocking is very slow. The staff also lacks smiles and attention. A disappointing experience.

Location, room design
Baby cockroaches in the room (I don't blame them, you find them everywhere... but they climbed onto the bed), a lot of noise from the nearby street, very noisy karaoke, the walls are very thin and everything can be heard. The breakfast was quite poor and everything was cold.

Availability of the kitchen staff
The air-conditioning was not working. We spent 40 minutes checking in because the receptionist was new and could not manage the booking correctly. No bottle opener available, we asked in the kitchen. No HDMI cable to connect the TV to the laptop, we brought ours and forgot it there, and they did not even bother to check when we called to ask if it's plugged in the TV.
