Lots of mix ups with the bookings ie. breakfast, massages; no towels in the room upon arrival, toilet paper wasn't replaced daily. Most staff were not as nice and welcoming as we had experienced at other hotels. Stair cases were missing railings and very unsafe. Was not a comfortable stay.

The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you enjoy your stay. The hotel is a bit far out of Ubud center however there are regular shuttles so you can easily explore the Ubud markets and grab dinner. There are rice fields surrounding the property and you can occasionally see the locals working in the fields from the pool. The free morning yoga was really good and a nice way to start the day. The breakfast (and lunch and dinner menu) could be better as there are limited options for vegetarians, however this was only a minor concern. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!!
