“Horrible stay”
I booked a room with city view and wifi, but got a room without wifi and with a view of the back of the building. Guests smoking in the building, taking over all the space and leaving you no room to rest. It feels more like a family home than a hotel. Very dirty, whether it's the stairs, corridors, or rooms. The first night I had a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Then I asked for the room I booked, but the hotel staff didn't care at all, they were laughing and simply told me there were no rooms with wifi. They were overbooked. I asked to speak to the supervisor who said the first night would be refunded, and the next day I asked the receptionist to contact him, but he hung up as soon as I asked to speak to him. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. The area is not safe at all, you go out and people look at you like a piece of meat ready to pounce on you. The hotel is not worthy of its name, very dirty, and the staff is not professional at all, they don't hesitate to laugh in your face if you encounter a problem. AVOID!!!!
