The pool and beach area is very beautiful. The staff is welcoming. The rooms are spacious.
The breakfast is limited and not really of good quality. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom needs refurbishment. The lack of a shower head is problematic.

“Great stay, fabulous spacious room. Very nice beach club and value for money”
We had a lagoon pool side room. Very spacious room with nice alfresco and direct poolside lagoon access. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Staff were lovely but stretched among guests. Food at the hotel was very nice. Back access to beach was gorgeous. A bit away from the main Coconut Beach landing area from mainland Bali but all in all a nice stay.
Staff were a bit stretched across the resort but were wonderful and did their best to accommodate requests and attend to guests’ needs.

“Okay for overnight stay, but not if you also want to enjoy the beach and sea”
Friendly and helpful staff, shuttle to the port
Our room faced the side with a view of the undeveloped neighboring property, which was totally cluttered. You couldn't swim in the sea. Everywhere there were sticks and fixtures for seaweed cultivation. When there was no low tide and you just wanted to go into the water, it was really dangerous because you naturally couldn't see underwater.
