Mixed mentions: several guests note the property is clean, but there are serious maintenance issues (broken step causing injury) and rustic shower arrangements that lower perceived cleanliness/maintenance standards.
Generally praised — staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and accommodating; however there are repeated complaints about management handling (incident response) and occasional unfriendly/front-desk/payment staff and slow restaurant service.
Consistently highlighted as excellent: right on the beach, superb views and immediate access to sea and pool (described as paradise by multiple guests).
Mixed: some rooms/huts described as very nice, but several comments on small rooms, uncomfortable beds, and real comfort/maintenance shortcomings in some units.
Strong positives: multiple mentions of fantastic pools (infinity pool), pool bar, massages, organised transfers and tours (manta tour), and well-maintained leisure facilities.
Generally good value according to many guests, but a few mentions of issues (extra bed too small, management compensation seen as inadequate) temper this slightly.
Mostly very positive — buffet breakfast and restaurant food frequently praised; isolated problems (raw snapper first night, occasional slow or less pleasant restaurant service) noted.
Overall very positive: many guests describe the stay as 'paradise', would return and strongly recommend; a minority had their stay significantly marred by safety/maintenance and management issues.

+ the location at Dream Beach is simply the most wonderful thing about this hotel + really nice restaurants in the area (close at 10 pm)
- in the beach huts everything was damp in the evenings/mornings due to the high humidity (towels wouldn't dry) - therefore the huts also smelled a bit musty - the rooms were very small (hardly any space to put down the travel bag) - the sea at Dream Beach is quite 'wild' - although people swam in the high waves, definitely not suitable for younger children

The place is lovely. It has two infinity pools that are amazing. Very delicious breakfast, buffet style. Next to it is the most famous spot on the island to watch the sunset.
The only downside is that the cabin is small and there is not much space.
