Generally described as clean and well maintained (clean sheets, well-kept public areas), though a few guests reported bathroom odors and signs of wear in rooms/bath (tiles, bathtub) lowering the score slightly.
Consistently praised — multiple guests named staff members (e.g., Riri, Devon) and described staff as friendly, welcoming and accommodating; service is a clear strength.
Repeatedly noted as excellent and central (adjacent to shopping, restaurants, Potato Head, food street); location is a major positive.
Mixed to negative: some guests enjoyed spacious rooms and balconies, but several comments cite old/worn rooms, lack of windows/privacy, and general need for renovation.
Multiple pools and good on-site amenities are frequently mentioned and valued, though some guests noted cold cabana pool, changes to daybeds, and minor service lapses around pool areas.
Often described as good value (explicit 'value for money' mentions), supported by location and service; occasional service inconsistencies (towels/water) temper this slightly.
Standard quality for this hotel tier (no specific mentions of hotel F&B in reviews; proximity to local dining is a plus).
Overall positive stays reported by many guests (enjoyable, highly recommend), with a few disappointed experiences due to room condition or small service issues.

Pool areas lovely, quiet and peaceful at the main rear one. Breakfast excellent, good variety and quality. Restaurants plentiful. Staff excellent.
Our prestige room on ground floor opposite bar with Boom Boom music all day and too much foot traffic passing by. Not the ambience we wanted. Have been before in Deluxe room on higher floor, perfect.

Great location and if you want a good room, look at the Garden Room. We had a cabana which came with two free cocktails. Three snack dishes and two large coconut water.

The renovations of the resort are beautiful. Big kids club, babysitting service, best breakfast, 3 pools.
Can’t fault it.
