We left after one night even though we didn't get a refund.
The room had no view, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel and the size of the room
Outdated furniture. In the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling probably letting mice in since there were mouse droppings on the countertop 🙁

The location and the kindness of the staff. The possibility of being picked up at the airport. The possibility of renting a scooter directly.
Access to the pool can be difficult; I find that there is not enough available space. Some evenings, the concerts are rather noisy (they end around 10:00 pm).

My room wasn't supposed to have a balcony, but they told me they would give me one that did. Unfortunately, it overlooked at least six extremely noisy air-conditioning units, and the sink was clogged.
