Lovely room near the pool. Great staff especially in the restaurant. Comfy bed with fresh linen. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool fun and onsite treatment good but not excellent. Beautiful gardens.
Kettle broke, outdoor can chairs and cushions very old and broken. Foot massage she hardly massaged my feet just shins and thighs over and over. Back massage lovely.

Beautiful location, right by the ocean with a fantastic view. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Good beds, air conditioning, and a small fridge in the room. From here you can do nice day trips. We had a taxi through the hotel. The driver, Wayan, was really great. Very friendly, honest, and drove for a very good price.
The staff is fine, but it could all be a bit friendlier. Furthermore, we had booked for five including breakfast. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel assumes two rooms for every two people. For the fifth, both an extra bed and breakfast had to be paid for.
